Warehouse complex with 30,000 sqm built area for logistic.

The main building has a leasable area of 15,000 sqm. The remaining area is spread over a variety of modular warehouses between 2,000 sqm and 3,500 sqm each.

The complex has been used mainly for the short term storage of cargo and bulk in transit in the Port of Setúbal. This asset will soon be the subject of a phased investment plan to renovate its facilities and adapt it to modern logistics activities.
